Hello
I've been a TT customer for 10+ years and have added and deleted email addresses during that time.
I've just gone to the Manage email webpage and it shows I have used 3 of my 5 addresses. The problem I have is that there are no icons or buttons that enable me to add or delete, the only function that works is clicking on an existing email address which take me to the email login page.
This is a recent problem - can anyone help or offer a solution?

I agree. There are plans to tell customers but apparently not just yet.

I wonder why they simply don't correct the webpages rather than leave a dead function?

TalkTalk have withdrawn the ability to add, create or delete mailbox addresses.
This happened without notice in the similarly unannounced update to the TalkTalk Mail platform.
