Thanks Billx. I haven't changed any settings, so I don't know how this could have come about. Everything was working fine 2 days ago, but this morning, I keep getting the same message whenever I try to send an email.
Does anyone know how I can fix this?

The the local IP address 127.0.0.1, can only be used locally and only within your own computer.
It cannot be used for sending or receiving emails.
If you're receiving this message, something is seriously wrong.
