Back in January when I received the email about the upcoming charge for a copper landline connection, I opted to change over to the digi voice service with my full fibre. Since then I have heard nothing and with the charge being implemented soon I am getting concerned with the lack of information and that my instruction for the digi voice service is not going ahead. Is there any way one of you could look into this for me please. I have tried my account for information and all that seems to do is send you around in ever decreasing circles.

I can only suggest calling (03451720088) and asking to speak to the full fibre team, I cannot see any VOIP order on your account.
