Callsafe not working since phone line became over Internet

Can anyone help with this? I had Callsafe turned on and it worked fine, then Talktalk changed my landline to a digital line (?) And now it no longer works. I'm receiving lots of spam calls and my wife gets extremely upset by them. We are 86 years old and don't understand technology. 

 

I didn't want them to take my landline away in the first place and I've had nothing but problems since. I've complained several times but find customer service absolutely useless to deal with. I'd leave but don't know understand how to set up my tv service with someone else. 

 

Please help.

Thanks for updating your profile. CallSafe appears to be enabled so I'll pass this over to our network team and ask them to take a look. I'll let you know when I receive an update or they may contact you directly
