At around 6.45-7 the internet randomly stopped working and a solid orange colour appeared on my router I’ve tired to reset it but nothing has worked please can someone assist me.

If you start your own thread (new message), we’d love to help.
We’ve found that posting in someone else’s conversation makes it harder to follow when looking for an answer.

I seem to be on the same boat...
Connection test says it is ok (?), but the speed test gets stuck.
I did the 20+5 minutes reset cycle, and have been waiting for an expert to support for over an hour.
