My internet has been randomly cutting out since yesterday. The router light stays white but no devices connected can access the internet. Both times they started happening around 4pm until late. In the morning and up until 4pm it was fine.
restarting the router allows me to reconnect to the internet but between 30 minutes to 1 hour it cuts off again.
Did the line test yesterday and followed the instructions and it said it was my router. Turned off for 20 minutes and reconnected and the problem came back.

This is the latest update on this fault.
Update 8:40PM December 17th 2024 - Our team are in the process of applying a solution to all impacted Wi-Fi Hubs and aim to resolve this by tomorrow morning.

Is this using an iPhone at all? If windows from the command prompt, what happens if you try:-
ping 79.79.79.79
