Broken phone line and just need a BT repair person to come and re-attach the cable

A car crash yesterday at around 11pm caused a street light to be knocked over, which also hit the overhead phone line connection to my property which disconnected it (ripped it off its connection pole.    The cable is now in a bundle needing re-connecting.

 

I need someone with some amount of authority / capability (brain?) to help get this resolved asap, as we are obviously without any connection.

 

I have tried to resolve this through your online help chat but I don't think the people there are capable of grasping the situation and just keep asking me very silly questions.

This can take up to 6 minutes to complete. I'll let you know if this test finds a fault, otherwise I'll continue with further checks.
