How do I get this to work as now without any internet

My colleague on our faults escalation team has advised that they have tried to contact you.
This fault needs to be raised to Openreach, so an engineer can investigate. Have you received a message from our faults team?

If you click on your Community username, then click on view user settings, then click on personal information.
You can then add your details to your profile. Please click the save changes button at the bottom of the page once you've added the details.

Where do I add my name and account number?
The lights went to solid blue as per the instructions but then wouldnt connect and when I checked on the eero app and the external Ip address had a red exclamation mark.
