External IP address not working on eero 6 set up.

 

How do I get this to work as now without any internet

Hi Katen1

 

If you click on your Community username, then click on view user settings, then click on personal information.

 

You can then add your details to your profile. Please click the save changes button at the bottom of the page once you've added the details.

Where do I add my name and account number? 

 

The lights went to solid blue as per the instructions but then wouldnt connect and when I checked on the eero app and the external Ip address had a red exclamation mark.

Ok, please can you add your name and TalkTalk account number to your Community Profile, I can then take a look at this for you.

 

What light is showing on the eero and ONT?

Yes. Have done that 3 times. And it won't connect.
