CALL SAFE INACTIVE
Since adding the message service to my VoIP landline phone, Call Safe has stopped working. I've tried activating the service on my phone without success and I'm receiving lots of spam calls. Any assistance would be appreciated.

How do callsafe screened call and voicemail co-exist? i.e. does screened caller get to leave a message?

Help says - Choose the Recent calls tab on the call safe page. You can view a history of calls from the last 35 days.When I look at my Call Safe page there is not a Recent calls tab.
