Callsafe wont turn off

As per title Says wait a few minutes but still not off I dont even think it was turned on by any user my end . Got a cryptic mail yesterday saying something had changed on the account as per last time when this all had to be reset talktalk end to fix

How do you turn this off.I have been into My Account, Manage Add ons, but there does not seem to be any entry on the schedule for Services - Boosts & Features, for Callsafe.

Help says - Choose the Recent calls tab on the call safe page. You can view a history of calls from the last 35 days.When I look at my Call Safe page there is not a Recent calls tab.
