How do I make an international call on TalkTalk and reverse the charges?
When I call mobiles in Japan nowadays, I can't hear a ringing tone so don't know if the 'phone in Japan is ringing or not. It used to work fine and there is no problem when calling numbers in the UK. Any ideas what can be causing this?
