Call safe not working

For the last 24 hours I have recieved spam phone calls. I havn't had this for years as I have call safe. I have checked call safe and it is on, but clearly not working. I used to get the message about approving the caller. These spam callers are coming straight through to me. Is the system that runs this down?

Our Network Team have identified the issue and this should now be resolved.
