I send regular emails to church members, but emails to one person is now being rejected because of Tiscali's DMARC policy. I have tried online chat, but BOT does not understand, and unable to get through to any one on phone who can help. iCloud.com will not allow recipient to receive my email because of Tiscali's DMARC policy - see message below.
Please TALKTALK try to resolve this issue.

Hi LindaCarlton, please start a new topic and include as much information as possible. Please confirm that you've tested sending in webmail from your TalkTalk address to just one email address.

I am having the same problem, with gmail addresses, for mail sent using Outlook but the chatbot couldn't understand my question and the talktalk website details for setting up Outlook are exactly as I have it set. What else do I need to do to stop me sending emails to friends?

Hi Rocky61, I need you to send me a personal message including the tiscali email as well as the icloud one? Personal message only though so that no one else can see it.

Thank you for editing that out.
I had intended to send a private message to Ady, but unintentionally added it to Community chat.

@Rocky61, please be careful posting the message - it revealed a genuine email address, which could get harvested by scammers or attract spam.
I've edited it out for you.
Staff will respond after the weekend.

Hi Ady,
I have just tried sending a test email from TalkTalk webmail, and it has again been rejected by iCloud.com because of Tiscali's DMARC policy. Please see message below.

Hi Ady,
Thank you for your reply.
My emails are usually sent from my laptop using Microsoft Outlook.
I shall try sending one from TalkTalk webmail as a test.

Hi Rocky61, every example I've passed over has been rejected as forwarding is involved. If you send an email in TalkTalk webmail from your tiscali mailbox direct to the icloud address do you still get the same issue?

Hi Ady,
I wonder if any progress has been made about Tiscali's DMARC policy.
Emails to friends with iCloud.com accounts are still being rejected.
I have copied rejection reply to a document, which is attached,
Kind regards,
Rocky61
