This seems to mean that you took over my tiscali account at some point. Does this mean that tiscali is the 'domain' they keep talking about? Google tells me that the provider (=you) is only partly responsible for DMARC verification, and the domain holder is also responsible...but I am not the holder of any domain, and tiscali has been taken over by you...So when are you going to sort this? I really need urgent answers now, because moving to another provider and setting up a new email is a MAJOR hassle, and my contract with you ends 25/11 - so unless you can finally sort this out or give me assurances that it is in the process of being sorted and will not take much longer...

My contract will be coming to an end some time next month - I really need to know whether to stay with you or find a new provider. Do you have a timescale for me when this DMARC problem will be solved? i mean something concrete, not just, oh we're trying.

Hi there @Angela777 We have escalated the issue and it is being looked into as a high priority. I would advise please pay for your account to avoid services being restricted. The email service is free if you have broadband account with us, we do not charge you for it. Kindly bear with us as we try and have this resolved for you.

Here is what I am told to do (which I can't, but YOU surely can) when an email bounces:
