Postmaster: email system not being DMARC compliant makes it barely useable

This is addressed to the postmaster whom I have emailed but not received a reply - this based on the information your tech people told me (in bold):

 
My emails are refused by other servers/bounce or sometimes go to spam/i can't reply to senders/I sometimes can't even forward emails to my own email address without going to spam...endless chaos and frustration because, I'm told by your tech people:
 
 talktalk is failing DMARC due to missing SPF/DKIM records
 
This has been going on for many many weeks and is thoroughly frustrating!
I am not a business, or a spammer and don't send  more than maybe 10 emails a day, sometimes to small groups of maybe ten or so, and many of those emails bounce.
When emailing groups, some get through, others not.
When replying to a single sender, some  esp hotmail accounts, won't deliver my reply and I have to send a new email with the reply that bounced copied in before it then it arrives...who can live with such chaos?
The problem is the same whether I go via my Outlook app on my computer or via webmail.
 
Can you do something about updating my DMARC status soon please? 
If this is not possible at this time, can I please have a substantial discount! I am not paying good money for such a deficient service. The new regulations came in in May - you have had months to sort this.
I do hope you will respond.

So, still waiting. When I go to login here, up comes  a second email option for removed 

This seems to mean that you took over my tiscali account at some point. Does this mean that tiscali is the 'domain' they keep talking about? Google tells me that the provider (=you) is only partly responsible for DMARC verification, and the domain holder is also responsible...but I am not the holder of any domain, and tiscali has been taken over by you...So when are you going to sort this? I really need urgent answers now, because moving to another provider and setting up a new email is a MAJOR hassle, and my contract with you ends 25/11 - so unless you can finally sort this out or give me assurances that it is in the process of being sorted and will not take much longer...

My contract will be coming to an end some time next month - I really need to know whether to stay with you or find a new provider. Do you have a timescale for me when this DMARC problem will be solved? i mean something concrete, not just, oh we're trying.

Hi there @Angela777 We have escalated the issue and it is being looked into as a high priority. I would advise please pay for your account to avoid services being restricted. The email service is free if you have broadband account with us, we do not charge you for it. Kindly bear with us as we try and have this resolved for you.

Here is what I am told to do (which I can't, but YOU surely can) when an email bounces:

So when are you going to do something about it? Untill that has been done I am not prepared to pay for your substandard service. My email system is barely functioning!
