Everymail- not able to register

Hi can anyone help. Had a Talktalk account with 5 emails. Talktalk ended my account by mistake last year. Had to get new account and kept same email addresses. Talktalk cannot lunk old email addresses to new account. Trying to trying to set up  Everymail,  but nothing registers my old account associated with the emails and it won't let me register. My old Talktalk account says it is no longer recognised. I need to get these emails with Everymail as we don't want to lose our old emails. Talktalk have been trying to sort it out for 4 months but can't do it!  Any ideas?

Have you received an email regarding migrating to Everymail.

Do you get a red banner about subscribing when you log into ANY of the email addresses via Webmail?

They should be able to link them.
