Hi, since Friday the 8th of November, Gmail, Hotmail, Outlook and other various domains are received bounce-backs from my Tiscali account. I note you claim it's been fixed today but bounce-backs are still being reported to me. Can I also ask, like all your subscribers who pay for a 24/7 service, yet the problem was only being looked at today, despite hundreds if not thousands of posts on the community? I even spoke to your help desk on Saturday morning and they were not aware of the issue, even after sending an hour trying to resolve it.

Hi BuckRogers1, mail should be arriving normally now and yes mail that bounced will have to be resent.

Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.

Also, will the rejected / non-delivered emails into my @Tiscali account have to be resent or will they eventually land in my inbox?
