Email dmarc problem

When I send an email it is not deliv ered but I get the massage that verification of DMARC policy has been rejected.
What is the problem suddenly and can you rectify this please?

Hi Carlbontoff2, please send the email directly in webmail from your talktalk mail address to the email address that's rejecting it. Don't forward it just send it direct and let me know what happens.
