I am currently logged in for my 86 year old father - but he cannot open anything to do with his email account - he has tried all things with myself on the end of the phone via Facetime - but everytime he tries to open the web browser it tells him forbidden access 403 - but i can login from my PC and phone?

- Is the account holder able to get in touch with us regarding this matter?
- Has there any troubleshooting process done on this matter for example, clearing browser history, try logging in to a different browser.
Do kindly confirm with feedback once done.
