I am receiving Emails from TalkTalk stating that “as I am no longer a TalkTalk broadband user, my Email will no longer be supported and switched off soon. However, I am still a TalkTalk broadband user with an existing account and fully paid up for TalkTalk services.

Make sure that Talktalk has a record of your email addresses associated with your current Talktalk broadband service, @LawsD.

 

Any legacy addresses must be linked, and you need to use Chat, or phone 03451 720088 before 7pm, as agents need to complete a webform. 

 

Several emails were sent out in error last month, but scammers are also exploiting the issue, so do not click on any links and always check the sender's name.

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries. Don’t worry we still have plenty of ways to reach out if you need to speak to TalkTalk directly. For more details check out the link in the post at the top of any forum message board.
