Subscription term for everymail

Message 2 of 2

The option for transferring to Everymail is a subscription. For the monthly subscription, what is the contract term and cancellation/notice period? I cannot find this detail anywhere.

A link to the terms and conditions of the subscription would be helpful.

By the way, this board's requirement to add at least one label is stupid. I want to add "Subscription" as the label and there isn't an option for it.

You should only be trying to subscribe to Everymail via an email from Talktalk. This will only appear after a grace period, after you have left, @johnnyj100000.

If you are a current customer of Talktalk you should not be subscribing to Everymail.

You need to check that your Talktalk addresses are associated with your current broadband account, and, if not, phone 03451 720088 or use Live Chat to ask them to complete a form to ensure that they are.

You may have received an email in error from Talktalk:

You may even be receiving scam emails pretending to be Talktalk, so check the sender's name.

The usual subscription amount is £5 monthly or £50 in one lump for the whole year - again, only subscribe if you have actually left and received the emailed link from Talktalk.

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries. Don’t worry we still have plenty of ways to reach out if you need to speak to TalkTalk directly. For more details check out the link in the post at the top of any forum message board.
