Subscription to everymail paid but not working

i paid the £50 everymail subscription fee back in september and have email confirmation but the services have been stopped, i cannot find anyway of speaking to somebody as the live chatbot keeps kicking me out. has anybody else has the same issue and if so how did you resolve it?

You need to take this up with Everymail, @jessie51.

 

The addresses are no longer Talktalk's responsibility.

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries.
