Emails From Nationwide Blocked

Nationwide Building Society cannot contact me by email.

Please can you unblock them?

Emails are not in spam.

correct. Most email gets through.

No, most emails come through. it's just some senders report problems. As well as Nationwide, Barclays is another one that has problems.

Yes - the emails do not go to any device laptop, iphone or ipad.

I normally access through MS Outlook (365).  Have looked on TalkTalk webmail and the emails aren't there either.

There are no blocked addresses on my email account.
