The business is aware that this affects many email users. If I can offer any advice it would be to raise a complaint to the CEO team to get this prioritised.

Hi Southwinds, I raised an incident weeks ago for this issue. Sadly I've got no updates to give me a clue as to if or when it will be fixed.
