Hi @David242

Thanks for your message — I can clarify this for you.

Since your TalkTalk account has been closed(30/01/2026), your TalkTalk Mail address enters a temporary grace period. During this time you’ll still be able to access your mailbox, but to keep the address active long‑term, you’ll need to subscribe to Everymail, as TalkTalk no longer offers the old MailPlus service.

You won’t be able to complete the subscription process until you receive the Everymail invitation email. This message is sent automatically during the grace period, and includes the link you’ll need to set up your subscription.

For now, the best next step is to wait for that invitation email — your email address should remain active until the grace period ends.

If you lose access before receiving the subscription email, or if anything changes, just let us know and we’ll be happy to help further.

Have you received an email about subscribing yet?

If not you need to wait for an email inviting you to subscribe.

Your email should not disappear as TalkTalk give you a period of grace once your account is closed.

How long this period is, is not known, so you just need to be patient.
