Failing to receive some emails with tiscali

Similar to others, I've not been receiving some emails on my tiscali account, while some of the same senders emails are getting through. Its very random and odd! I've checked rules etc and they are all ok. The sender even sent me a screenshot of the delivery receipt from my server, yet it never came through to me.

Please upload the delivery receipt after redaction of personal details.
Tell us the sender if it's not specific to the delivery receipt.
You indicate there are Rules active and you believe they are ok. Have you disabled all rules to test for receipt?
Checked the Trash and Spam folders?
