Hi Support Community

Messages sent from  to *redacted to remove personal details* are not being delivered, and not in Junk Mail, even though Roundcube says "sent successfully" e.g a test message sent at 16:49 today.

The Roundcube Agent claims that all is OK at their end.

Regards

Yes, I normally receive these. I have asked Roundcube about this one, and they say it all went as normal at their end.

Have you been able to receive emails from this sender in the past?

I first noticed and reported this problem when using MS Outlook on my Windows 7 desktop. Subsequently, as I have already said, I checked that these messages were not appearing on TalkTalk webmail either.

Let me know how are you accessing your email service. Are you using the TalkTalk webmail ( https://apps.talktalk.co.uk/appsuite) or using an App or Program from your device?

How are you accessing your email?

@Gliwmaeden2 Thank you for removing this, @GWEDWA Your information has been removed from the public post, please refer to the last question asked so that we can capture the details on the system.

@Thabile-TT, please NEVER ask for the first part of an email address in the public thread, particularly after establishing the @ domain.

Any scammer can put the two together from reading the thread.

The first part should only ever be revealed to staff by PM or in the Private Notes section (part of Personal Information) in the customer's community forum profile details.

Gliwmaeden2, a fellow customer.

Thanks for the reply. Are you having problems receiving emails from everyone, or just an individual or single domain name (e.g. @gmail.com)?

Noted, could you please tell me the last part of your email address? This is the section after the @ symbol.

For example it might be talktalk.net or tiscali.co.uk.

It's Windows 7. However please note that I do not see these messages from Roundcube even if I log in to TalkTalk Webmail.
