For some time I have not been able to send emails from my TalkTalk webmail, at the same time receiving emails is unaffected and I am also receiving an unusually large amount of spam messages from companies, from many countries which I have not experienced before. I am having to cancel hundreds of emails and empty my trash constantly, some but not the bulk of it is going into my spam folder. So all round TalkTalk is not working properly for me, has anyone else experienced this? I am also having problems contacting anyone in TalkTalk customer services that can help with it.

@JulienR is it a legacy email address?
Unless Talktalk has updated your records to associate it with your current broadband service, it may get swept up with others wrongly assigned to Everymail subscriptions. The first indicator can be an inability to send emails.

Regardless of the reason for emails not sending, you will need to call 03451 720088 [9am - 6pm on Saturday] if you can't reach support via Live Chat.
