Are you using mailbox manager?
This should show both emails addresses irrespective if which you log in on, providing they are associated with your broadband.

However enter your husbands TalkTalk email address and follow the reset steps.
or
Logout completely and clear cookies and cache or use a different browser, then try resetting the password again
