I am sending an e-mail from Thunderbird to a hotmail.com address. It has been bounced twice now, with a message that the sending domain (tiscali.co.uk) has a DMARC policy of reject.
I have sent many e-mails to this addressee previously, so why is there suddenly a problem?

It's happening again.

. Seems like Hotmail has a problem with e-mails from Tiscali.

As I had sent many e-mails to hotmail addresses before I reported the issue and I've sent several since then, it doesn't fit with a problem in my e-mail settings. More likely, I think, that there was a glitch somewhere in the link between Talktalk and Hotmail. However, since it seems to be working OK again now, I don't have the time to pursue it further.
