You shouldn't be trying to, @Lubylue, as the service has been passed to Everymail:

If you have left Talktalk, you should have been sent a link to be able to subscribe.
If you have not actually left Talktalk, so are a current broadband customer, you should not be trying to subscribe to Mailplus or Everymail.
Please confirm your current status with Talktalk's service.
