I can't get onto my Talktalk emails (I'm on MS Edge browser). I can access my Talktalk profile and this gives me my passwords. They however do not allow me into my email account nor can I send or receive emails. I ave tried changing passwords three times. Still no access to my emails. It merely says trying to access server. Why is this? I have been on Talktalk Chat 3 times and twice they said they would send me reset details on my alternative email address. This has not happened. No email received on alternative address. What can I do?
