Keeping talktalk.net email account (on everymail.com) after cancelling TalkTalk Broadband

I have cancelled my TalkTalk broadband account as i have moved into a care home, but would like to keep using the email service for a while, which has been moved to everymail.com I believe. How can I keep on using this email service after my TalkTalk account has been disabled? I tried subscribing and signing up again but it keeps on redirecting me back to TalkTalk?

I can confirm that I do see on my end the estimation completion date of the cease is correct, after some time you will receive comms prompting you to sign up to Everymail as mentioned above, thanks.

Information has been added to my profile. Thank you. I'll await the official instructions from TalkTalk. The contract will end on Nov 10th

@krdmail, wait a few weeks and Talktalk should send you a link from which to sign up with Everymail.

If you've only just left Talktalk, it's too soon.

Please complete your community forum profile details for Talktalk support staff to identify your account and check that this is all in order. 

Go via your avatar; settings; add your Talktalk phone number or account number in Personal Information. SAVE CHANGES.
