(on advice from Ady - a new topic)
Hello there - following the instructions I hope. I have also lost access to email account, details in the Private Notes as instructed. Was working fine up to about 2 days ago, checked settings and all looks good (and I have 2 more similar addresses working without problems).
Please restore access as it is my wife's main email.
Many thanks,
Marc

You're definitely using the right settings to access the f2s mailbox via overssl. Can you not access webmail? Perhaps the password has been changed? Users cannot change the password themselves so you'll need TTB Domains Admin to assist you.
SSL Mail webmail login
https://mail.overssl.net/
SSL Mail Control Panel login
https://vwm.overssl.net/admin/
Email Client Server Settings
Inbound Server: mail.overssl.net
Port: 993 (IMAP) or 995 (POP3)
Select SSL/TLS or TLS/SSL
Outbound Server: mail.overssl.net
Port: 465
Select SSL/TLS or TLS/SSL
For support, please get in touch with TalkTalk Business Support. You can LiveChat or call on 0800 083 3003 - Mon-Sun 8am-6pm or email customerservices@talktalkbusiness.co.uk.
TTB should have a record of the registered user details for the f2s email address to match to your/your wife's personal details that you'll need to provide to them when requested. You'll need to ask for the domains admin team as they are the ones that manage TTB Mail.
Let us know how you get on.

The f2s email address is very old indeed - I recall it was taken over by TalkTalk many years ago (I was with TT for many years myself) but the email just kept on working.
Access is via mail.overssl.net, I can access 2 other emails on there m---b@f2s.com and m------n@f2s.com. But j----b@f2s.com has disappeared completely.

Hi Marc
f2s domain mail is not a TalkTalk Consumer Mail product. Are you positive your wife's email has the f2s domain?
