I had the email to say that I needed to change the settings. However, when I checked, they were as advised ( or as much as you can see on Windows 10 Mail ) Ports were correct and all boxes ticked.
Anyway, now it doesn't work. I've recreated the account with no luck.
Do I need IMAP reinstating on my account? And, if so, how do I do that?
