Hi,
I recently left TalkTalk, and I’ve just received what I assume is the final bill, which has a zero balance.
I have five Talktalk emails in total associated with my original Talktalk account. The main email has moved to my new Talktalk Mail Plus account that I created today, but I would like the remaining four to also be migrated to this new account.
I spoke to Talktalk Customer services just now, and they said to go into my old broadband account login and select ‘Manage Talktalk mail’.
However it says that there is maintenance at the moment, and so I couldn’t see any instructions on how to transfer the remaining four emails to my new Mail Plus account. Please could someone advise me of my next step? Thank you.

Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.

Hi Flossychops, send me a Personal Message with both account numbers and all 5 email addresses including the 1 that's already migreated and I'll get it sorted for you.
