Could someone please sort my email account as I am receiving a message saying I cannot send emails. I have already requested this and received a email from talktalk saying they would escalate this problem. I have been with talktalk for 15 years and always had broadband. Could someone get this sorted please.

Hey there @Mau38. We would like to apologize for this great inconvenience, we've noted that even though submissions were made for your emails to be exempted from the chang, we still do see most of our customer not able to send their emails. The team is working to solve this where in some cases we've seen progress. We kindly ask for your patience and assure your emails will be working again.
