Hi,
I recently left TalkTalk, and I’ve just received what I assume is the final bill, which has a zero balance.
I have five Talktalk emails in total associated with my original Talktalk account. The main email has moved to my new Talktalk Mail Plus account that I created today, but I would like the remaining four to also be migrated to this new account.
I spoke to Talktalk Customer services just now, and they said to go into my old broadband account login and select ‘Manage Talktalk mail’.
However it says that there is maintenance at the moment, and so I couldn’t see any instructions on how to transfer the remaining four emails to my new Mail Plus account. Please could someone advise me of my next step? Thank you.

I don’t know if you still appear on this community support page, but after you migrated my 4 Talktalk email addresses to mail plus, nothing happened and I was never billed by Talktalk for the £50 annual mail plus fee. Six months later and I have had an email from Talktalk saying I need to sign up to mail plus by first of September so that I don’t lose access to my emails. However I have tried to login and can’t find which email I should login with and which page I should go to? There was a direct debit set up back in January, by Talktalk, but they never took the payment, and now the direct debit instruction has disappeared from my online bank account. Can you help me please? Many thanks. Louise
