All sub folders  in My Folders have disappeared

When did you last run Antivirus and Malware scans on all your internet connected devices?

Hello Ady     yes in web mail, it started a few days ago, yes I see the arrow and have tried it no difference, not only has My Folders been emptied I have noticed some emails have also disappeared. This is the first time I have used this type of messaging
