My email was hacked and I couldn't access it. I have changed the password.
I can send emails but I am not receiving any now!
What can I do now, please?

Hi ABC24016708, please send me a personal message with the affected email address so that I can check it for you. If you believe you've been hacked you should run a good quality AntiVirus and Malware Scanner on all internet connected devices and only then reset your password.

Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.

That depends on the programme you use.
You can search the help functions for mail forwarding which will tell you how to add it and where to find it. Once you know this you can remove any rules you may find there.
I've removed your email from general view as it can allow hackers to harvest email addresses.
Add it to your private notes so staff can advise further if required.

Have you checked there are no forwarding of emails to another email address on your account?
You are in the staff's queue for a response.
For a quicker reply can you please ensure you have your personal information up to date in your profile including your TalkTalk landline phone number so your account can be traced. Link here - https://community.talktalk.co.uk/t5/user/myprofilepage/tab/personal-profile:personal-info
If you are unsure of your phone number, you can find this in My Account or dial 17070 from your landline phone and this will confirm the number for you.
You can also add your account number in the private notes field, which only you and the support staff can view.
Can you also add the affected Email address in the private notes field please.
Please post back when done.
Thank you
