Please don't keep posting on other people's topics. You need to return to the message board and click on start a topic to begin your own.
Staff reply during the day, Monday to Friday.
You'll also need to complete your community forum profile details for TT staff to identify your account. Do that via your avatar/name; settings; Personal Information. SAVE CHANGES.

Hi WSMills, the first thing to do is to reset the mailbox password for a new never used before password. Once that's done if your mail doesn't work normally let me know.
