No junk or spam mail content

I've had a TalkTalk mail account (tiscali.co.uk) for many years and it has never had anything in the junk or spam mailboxes . . . . always empty. Occasionally I seem to not receive mails I know have been sent but I kinda ignore that. Now I'm not getting a verification e-mail from Pizza Express but, again, my junk or spam mailboxes are empty. I've set up no rules and as far as I know I have a vanilla account. Where the hell are my 'lost' e-mails going ? Help !

I ran the scan on pizzaexpress.com I don't know if that's the domain sending to you I took a guess. I ran the scan on your email address and was showing nothing being deferred or rejected.

Hi Ady,
Thanks for your time.
You must admit that it's strange that there are numerous 'accepted' emails from pizzaexpress.com arriving in the TalkTalk system but none of them have continued into my Inbox. If you can't find out where these emails go into a black hole I guess I'm going to have to live with it and hope there's nothing important lost from other senders😟
Cheers
Terry

I did a search and the best I could come up with was pizzaexpress.com and we've got pages and pages of accepted and no rejected mail from that domain in the last 7 days.

How can I determine the 'sending address' ? I can login into my Pizza Express account on their webpage, but to join their 'Rewards Club' you HAVE TO DO THIS using their app (iPhone). When I try to join to the Rewards Club using the Pizza Express app it opens a second window (see attached screenshot) asking for me to verify my e-mail with the code that has been sent to my e-mail . . . . but I don't know where this e-mail is sent from and it doesn't arrive in my Inbox. My last attempt was around 9.35am today.

If you can let me have the sending address I can check for that specific email for you. We're not blocking pizza express mails.

Hi,
Thanks for your quick response👍🏼
None of the 87 e-mails from PizzaEXpress.com are arriving in any mailbox in my account. They are being sent by PizzaEXpress when I try to login on their phone app so that they can verify my login.
On a side note, I seem to also be missing a confirmation e-mail from Kwik-Fit after making an appointment on their website.
Thanks
Terry

Hi mgzsman, I've just run a 7 day scan. It shows 87 mails allowed in from pizzaexpress.com senders, but none deferred or rejected. If you can let me have the exact sending address I can check the system for that.
