Hi, I've not received any TalkTalk emails to my GMail app since 31/07/2023. I can send emails with no problem.
I have checked my Server settings and they are in line with the TalkTalk requirements.
Please help as I'm lost without my incoming emails

Hi,
That's resolved the issue.
Thanks

Perfect also.
So, as there's nothing obvious, and both the mailbox and Outlook are working for send and receive, the next step is to check in the settings that the option to Sync email is ticked and if it is then in Settings > Triple vertical dots top right > Manage Accounts > Select the account and the Double dots top right and Remove account.
Then set up the account afresh as a Personal (IMAP) email account and exact same settings as shown currently.

Hi
In the TalkTalk Mail webmail online mailbox did your sent message get put into the Sent objects folder? Yes. Webmail works fine for sending and receiving emails from TalkTalk and other email addresses.
Do you have an Auto forward or other filter rules defined in the webmail online mailbox? No

Perfect. So, the TalkTalk mailbox is working fine and webmail access is working normally. And even better that Outlook works ok so that proves the mailbox has not been limited to webmail only access.
So what we now have to determine is whether the settings are good on the Gmail app for the TalkTalk mailbox.
Select the Gmail app Settings and for the TalkTalk email account please take screenshots of the Incoming and Outgoing server settings, image edit to obscure the first part of your email address and upload here using the picture icon above this Reply area.
I'll take a look and advise.

Hi,
I have tried to send an email to myself and it has not been received. I sent an email to another email account & that was received
I've checked my filters, trash & spam folders and all is as it should be.
I should also add that my TalkTalk Webmail is not synching with my TalkTalk email on my GMail app.
Please help 😞

Prepare for TalkTalk Mail Support by including in your Community Profile, Personal Information (here):
Select here: Sign in to TalkTalk Mail
Enter your email address and password, select Sign in.
Check the Inbox first and then check Spam and Trash folders for mail messages that may have been diverted from the Inbox. Bear in mind the spam and trash folders normally contain mail not older than 30 days.
Compose and self-send the same mailbox a mail message. Check that the message sends without error, is copied into the Sent objects folder and arrives and stays in the Inbox.
Mail not reaching the Inbox could mean there's a Filter rule, including an Auto forward which is a special filter rule, that's diverting, discarding or blocking mail.
Let us know of any error message, or if mail did not arrive in the Inbox or disappeared from the Inbox. Collecting mail messages with a POP3 mail account or mail collection service, like Gmail, may be deleting messages from the online Inbox.
