It's been close to a month now where I've not been receiving emails from Tesco.com. I've spoken to Tesco and they tell me it's at talktalks end. Please help its becoming a real inconvenience now as we do Tesco shopping online everyweek.

It looks like the issue might have been sorted as I have just received my first Tesco email for a month ( a receipt for today's delivery). Let's keep everything crossed and thanks Talk talk for finally getting this fixed 😄

I have just now received an email from Tesco for today’s receipt. It should have arrived this morning. But after 2 months it is good to see it working. Hope it is now fixed.

I have the same problem not receiving Tesco email. It is now several weeks and no one seems to be taking responsibility to get this resolved.

Hi, I'm sorry TalkTalk haven't got to the bottom of this yet. I do keep pressing the issue and am reassured that the team at OpenXchange are still working on it.
