Please link my email to my broadband account and restore my ability to send emails

As a long term TalkTalk account holder I would be grateful if you would link my legacy emails as listed in the private notes section of my profile to my broadband account and restore the ability to send emails. I would be grateful if this could be done as soon as possible.

Kanya possibly intended you to use a PM to send the information and it came out the other way round in the request, unless you see a number by your avatar and find a message already there to reply to, @Topcat2024?

But the mainstream way of doing this is simply to add your email addresses in Private Notes, which you already said you had done.

As long as you clicked on "SAVE CHANGES " to make sure all the addresses were recorded, staff should be able to access the information straight away from there in the morning. 

Please confirm that you have checked that the information is stored and saved there and staff will follow up during the day.

Hello. @Topcat2024. We want to first apologize for the recent changes on our customers emails, we've noticed some have been sent comms incorrectly and are working to resolve that. 

I want to assist you, but I need to know if this is not your first time reporting this.
