I am a broadband customer and I have lost access to my emails. Please link my broadband account to my mail account and restore access as it keeps telling me to subscribe and pay for everymail but I have been told this is included for broadband customers (which I am). I have spent countless hours on the phone to customer service and they haven’t done it!

I will complete a form for you and the back office team will link your emails to your account and your email services should be restored within 48 working hours.
