How can I reduce my blocklist so new items can be added as I cant find my blocklist

In TalkTalk webmail,

click the Cogwheel on top right --> click 'All settings' --> scroll down until you see 'Access lists' --> click 'Access lists' --> click 'Blocklist'

--> click the garbage bin on the right to delete a blocklisted email address
