On your web mail you may be getting a pop up message from Every mail and TT.
I did an online chat just now at this this page and scrolled down to the contact us bit
I am amazed how quick the issue was resolved.
Thank you for your patience, Niall . I’ve checked, and it seems the email you received about Everymail wa sent in error. Please disregard that email, as it does not apply to you since you still have an active account with us. The email was intended for TalkTalk customers who no longer have an active account but are still using the email service.

I will remove you from the list and submit the form on my end so that you will no longer receive the same email in the future. Could you please provide me with all the email addresses that are registered on your account?

@Pash02, Mailplus doesn't even exist any more, despite the article being updated on 1st April....!
The link I have posted in my previous reply is more relevant to the current situation, and I'll mention the less helpful page to the forum manager.

For reference, it seems to be a continuation of the same error that's mentioned in this advice page [and also happened repeatedly last year ahead of the first phase of Talktalk delegating former customers' email addresses to Everymail for continued use].
