My broadband account migrated to UW but my email accounts are still talktalk. I'm happy with that but is there a way of getting some assurance that they will not delete. I've used them for about 20 years and I really can't afford to lose them. I received a worrying email from talktalk on 9 April 2026 saying I needed to subcribe to Everymail or my accounts would delete, but then there was a message posted on talktalks support page saying these emails were sent in error. I've not seen or heard anything since. If I must pay for Everymail then I'll pay, but no information has been shared about how to migrate.

@KevW1972, the only emails that continue to be supported by Talktalk are those for current Talktalk customers.
The fact you were moved to UW means that you are no longer paying Talktalk for your broadband etc so it's highly likely that your email service will stop unless you subscribe to Everymail.
