I have just returned from a period away during which I have little access to a computer and emails, and have been unable to make the security changes to my configuration until today. I have found since yesterday that I cannot access my email from a MAC or iPhone client mail application, but can access OK via web mail. I have noted that whilst I can see I am receiving emails to my normal email address through the web mail, mail I am sending out is coming from a different email address - which is different as it is adding my initials into the address string. How can this be sorted?

Hi Roger_with_dial_account, I've added your mailbox to those to be restored to normal function. Please allow 48 hours for the change to complete.
