Hi there @Geoff81 you will have to sign up to EveryMail. When did you cancel your services?

Please never display personal information details etc in the public thread.

That should be in your community profile. Go via your avatar; settings. Add your recent Talktalk phone number / account number in Personal Information. Add your Talktalk email address in Private Notes. SAVE CHANGES.

Staff will then be able to advise you as it's no longer possible to go via Mailplus to continue with the service. There should be information sent for subscribing directly to Everymail.
