In the last couple of days I have attempted to log into my Talk Talk Account as I want to see the monthly bills for 2024. I used my " homecall" registered email address and the password which was changed on 25 May 2022.

It keeps saying that the combined user and password are not recognised.

Could you please advise what I need to do the log on

If I may just do a quick check, which browser are you currently using to accessing your MyAccount?
